STEP ONE

Develop a physical dental impression for your patient.

STEP TWO

Place an order for your patient using your online portal. Your order form will ask all of the questions we need to process your order, so please fill it out completely.

STEP THREE

We will send you an invoice for your order.

STEP FOUR

Once paid, send patient dental impression with printed order form to your zoned jeweler.

STEP FIVE

We will confirm with the jeweler and make sure patient grill is inspected for quality.

STEP FIVE

We apply protection method to mouth grill and ship directly to you.
