how long will my protective grill take?
Please allow 1-3 business days for our warehouse to process your shipment (excludes weekends and holidays). Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with tracking to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email after the following 5 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or email us the name and email you ordered under. EASE is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints.
Once we receive your order, the first package will includes all materials to complete your dental impression along with a return label to ship it to our jeweler.
From this point forward, we do not allow any changes or cancellations.
After our jeweler receives your dental impression and approves it, we ask for at least two weeks (business days only) to complete your mouth grill.
After it is completed, it will have to be protected, so we ask for two weeks (business days) to complete this.
Once this process is complete, you will receive an email with your tracking information that will show you how far your completed protected mouth grill is from you.
We will do our best to keep you in the loop about the status of your mouth grill, but we would much rather focus on completing the perfect product for you.
Feel free to check in if it has been longer than the mentioned time frame.

MY GRILL DOESN’T FIT
If your grill is too loose, click this link to watch a short video on how to tighten your grillz.
If this doesn’t suffice, we are able to offer a complimentary refit adjustment but will suggest sending in another dental impression.
We just ask for you to send your grillz back attached to the rock mold alongside a new dental impression to perform the complimentary refit.

The only thing I recieved was the grill itself and not the protective mouth guard as well. Is this something I am supposed to recEIve separateLY?
Our model shows an example of how the protective mouth grill protects your teeth from the metal. This is NOT how the protective grill is actually made, though. The protective layer is a very thin and durable material that is shielding your teeth from the metal. It is bonded to the inside of the grill so you don’t have to worry about taking it in and out.
If you look inside of your protective grill, you will see a shiny plastic like effect. This is the protective layer that is shielding your teeth from the metal and other junk on the inside of the grill.
Where is EASE located?
We are located online only, but we ship from Los Angeles, CA. Our jeweler is located in Houston, TX.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail automatically.
To track your order please use the tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
If your tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.
What Happens If I’m Missing My Order?
1. File Claim with USPS
2. File police report
3. Wait for USPS investigation results.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES CANNOT BE UPDATED ONCE TRACKING HAS BEEN ASSIGNED.

If this occurs, when it arrives we will reach out to have you reconfirm the address to get it back out to you.
We would be glad to resend an order back to customers but unfortunately customers will have to cover the re shipping charges of $15.
ORDERS SENT BACK AS "UNCLAIMED", "UNABLE TO FORWARD" OR AS "RETURN TO SENDER" ARE SUBJECT TO A $15 RE SHIPPING FEE.
You will receive a PayPal invoice for RE shipping.
Once it is paid, we will reship the item.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once your order is placed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. This is due to the laborious efforts we’re taking to ensure you receive your product.
