We want you to love your purchase, so we are in the process of offering an even greater exchange process. In the meantime, please email us if you’d like to exchange your item. We apologize for any inconvenience while we work to integrate a more convenient experience for you.

Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping within the US for orders over $150, and free shipping worldwide for orders over $250.

Exchanges & Returns:

If you’ve ordered the wrong size or have any other issue, you can always exchange or return your order so long as:

  1. Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or visible wear), and in their original packaging.

  2. Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.

For international exchanges, we will issue you store credit upon receiving your original order.

Please Note: Costs associated with the return of orders are the responsibility of the customer. For international customers, please indicate that this is a return on the Commercial Invoice to avoid further taxes and duties. 

If you are an international customer and/or you paid for expedited shipping, you will be refunded the full amount of the items returned minus the cost of shipping on your original order. Refunds for standard domestic shipping is $15 to cover handling and restocking fees.

We try to be as fair and accommodating as possible, but reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Refunds take approximately 10-15 business days to be processed by our team and depending on your credit card, it may take 2-10 business days for the refund to post to your account after processing.

All prices are listed in USD. 

Note: Due to COVID-19 orders are typically processed within 3 business days after receiving.

International Orders:

International orders ship via one of two methods at checkout: 

Duties may be due upon delivery – Delivered Duties Unpaid – Import duties & taxes are collected and paid by the customer upon delivery of goods. Customer assumes responsibility of any applicable fees.

Receive in duties paid: DDP – Import duties & taxes are paid upon checkout. 

Address Changes:

Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your items arrive to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately we can't change/adjust an order after it's placed due to this reason. 

Defects/Flaws:

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any material or craftsmanship flaw, please shoot us a note at contact@olivercabell.com so that our team can help. Of note: we have a 60 day warranty on all footwear.

What if I refuse my order?

Orders that have been refused by the receiver, failed attempted delivery or have not been collected from the access point in time, will be charged with a return fee. The fee is $40 for domestic shipments and $75 for international shipments. 

Risk of Loss:

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, EASE. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when EASE. delivers these items to the carrier.
